I sure hope the Togepi line gets access to Fairy Dust, Togekiss is already a pretty good tank (Togetic too with Eviolite) and giving it access to a totally unpredictable status move would be very welcome.

Not really, just save, breed them until the happiness drops too low and then reload your save if you haven't got anything good in that time. I usually do that anyway to prevent having to get rid of hundreds of unwanted junk with bad stats.

The day care center is near a bridge and has a river flowing behind it. You can now put up to four pokemon there. If you leave a pokemon there to breed, it's happiness will go down. If it gets too unhappy, it will no longer breed.

There is no evidence he actually has the games. Anyone can print out cover art, or perhaps he works at a retailer who has been sent the display cover artwork for use in their store.
If he posts a picture from the game, or of the case's insides, then it's potentially credible. If not, then it could just be someone stirring.

Three weeks ago Joe told me about a Pokemon his source leaked him. Joe showed me an image. It was a pale pink dolphin Pokemon called Dolfinisis that had a pre-evolution, but he didn't give the name. According to the source it's catchable on route 23 by surfing and you can evolve it into a bigger dolphin with purple stripes by surfing on it ten times on Route 24 once it's over level 32.
See how easy that 'detail' thing is to fake?

Unless it is completely different in Canada, the publishers don't send out display inserts with barcodes - that usually only occurs when the chain of stores itself has them printed. Nintendo in particular in the UK don't send out display inserts with all the legal jargon and such any more, plus they always have coming soon messages on the front of the inserts until the final ones land near release.
I'd be interested if someone from Canada can actually snap a picture of the current pre-order inserts stores have for comparison, because if that is just a finalised display insert then I'm very surprised stores have them this early.

Except those are two completely different scenarios. There was a reason to hide Mewtwo's second mega evolution. Can you please give me one reason to hide a second eeveelution until the release of the game? You can't, because there isn't. Eevee is basically the most marketable Pokémon, hiding a new eeveelution when one was revealed months ago makes absolutely no sense.

Eh, there could be another Eeveelution. It'd be an existing type, which would explain why Sylveon would get promotional preference (gotta push that Fairy type). Or maybe there's just zero logic to it.
It's the weirdest detail this guy is claiming, though, considering he refuses to say what type it is. Which is just strange.
