Personally I'm still hoping (well, praying at this point) for Dreams to come to PC. It's arguably the one PS game that makes the most sense as a PC game, and would open up the creative community greatly while providing an avenue for game development less intimidating than programs like Blender, Maya, Python etc. (can debate how "intimidating" some of these actually are to learn, but for the average person Dreams would be a lot more inviting and let them get high-quality stuff done more quickly).
Not to mention keyboard & mouse trumps controller or VR controls for game content/asset creation by a mile.
If anyone truly believes they will keep PlayStation exclusives off the PC for 3 to 4 years after they are released on PS5 are going to be in for some surprises in the future. It will end up being 1 year release time frames most likely followed by day one releases later if Sony is ready satisfied with the PC sales figures imo.
It's still really up in the air. IMO Day 1 won't be coming except for MP-centric, F2P/GaaS type titles, smaller 1P games that could benefit from a console/PC audience Day 1 (i.e a Tomba sequel, new Parappa/UmJammer Lammy, Echochrome or PS All-Stars 2 type of games), whether wholly developed in-house or in collaboration with 3P devs.
Your Spider-Mans, God of Wars, Uncharteds, TLOU (SP-focused) etc. are probably never coming Day-and-Date to PC and same for probably even bigger 3P co-developed exclusives or timed exclusives (Final Fantasy, Bloodborne 2, rumored MGS or Silent Hill remakes/sequels etc.). Why? Well, if Sony's now making money off console sales, even if it's say $25 profit off console sales, realize that's at least lifetime $2.5 billion in console hardware profits for the division, and the best way to guarantee that is to keep a decent enough buffer between console and PC releases for the bigger exclusives.
So we're probably still looking at 2-year to 3-year gaps between PS console and PC releases for those bigger titles, unless they are MP/F2P/GaaS-focused, in which case they'll very likely become Day-and-Date.
