Used as a meme/joke a lot but it really is sad

I don't get how people totally misread his inflection in this scene.

He asking a rhetorical question, he knows what's in the box, he doesn't really want to hear the answer. I think he plays it fantastically.

Dem feels

The fact that they're both wearing wigs makes this moment hilarious.

I think everyone understands what is going on in this scene. He knows what's inside the box but doesn't want to admit it to himself.

The meme is just something that happens when you find a mysterious box.

I always thought that was a fantastic scene and Pitt really helped that scene complete the film perfectly.

Personally I think many people just can't empathise with others and as such can't see that his performance was actually great for what would be Mill's most harrowing moment of his life.
To be honest I think many people don’t know what good acting is, often describing some people as bad actors when they might just have an accent etc.

The Shield
I can't show anymore context as it would ruin a moment in the show. Also, don't click image properties since also ruins the moment.

Also there are a ton of scenes (with specific shots) from the series finale that i obviously won't post pictures of but will say in this tag, if you have seen it you know exactly what i am talking about.

1.
The shot of Shane's wife and kid laying on the bed dead
2.
The shot of Shane dead in the bathroom
3.
Any shot of Vic's face when Claudette is reading Shane's letter
4.
The shot of Ronnies face when he learns he was betrayed by Vic

That entire episode was just one rollercoaster of emotions. Hell, the show was. 29 years on this earth and i have only cried a handful of times at movies/shows and this show has made me cry 3 times. I know the show is pretty damn old by now but i still respect the unwritten rule of don't spoil things for people unless they want to be spoiled.

Spoil me, whats going on in this pic.

He and his son are in a concentration camp. He's pretending it's all fun to trick the kid into not seeing the every day horrors around him, so the kid will maintain his innocence. This is one of the final scenes, right before the Americans come in and liberate the camp, saving the child and his mother.

In his last act, he's pretending that the Nazi behind him is playing "marching" with him. He's being marched behind a building where he's shot dead for defiance.

Breaking Bad, some of the stuff starting in season 2 ->
Everything pertaining to Jane Margolis. She's a deeply flawed character, but she's the stereotypical girl I'd fall hopelessly in love with, which made it super easy for me to sympathize with and feel connected to Jesse.

The moment(s) in season 3 when Jesse calls Jane's voice mail just to hear her voice again. Man, I cried like a giant baby. Every time he did it.

Also: I won't use an Image for this one, but something that happens in Sons of Anarchy early on in Season 5.

"Oh God it's happening again.."

Leave it to Deacon to open up this one.

I watched that series in its entirety with my son, even the movie. That particular episode where Smokescreen made his choice was something to behold. My son was on the edge of his seat, and the very second that Megatron
beat the shit out of Ultra Magnus like it was nothing, and Magnus hit his knees
, he started crying. Real tears, real sobs. I had to pause it and hug him.

He thought the bad guys won. Of course the next few minutes changed all that, but seeing him react that way solidified that the series was the strongest of the Transformers shows.

Game of Thrones: Season One - Robert/Cersei scene:

One of my favourite moments in the show:

Cersei: Was there ever a time for us, ever a moment?

Robert: No. Does that make you feel better or worse?

Cersei: It doesn't make me feel anything.

Dayum...

I know people hated the ending to Lost, but as I just pulled the scene out again, the moment Giacchino's Moving On started and Jack uttered the revelatory words, the tears started rolling again just as bad as back then.

How are you here?

I miss my dad :`(

My god that episode destroyed me. I sobbed like a fuckin baby.

I can't even listen to "Breathe Me" without getting teary-eyed.

The scene that ruined the childhoods of an entire generation.

I don't know, maybe it's because I'm not that fond of horses, but this scene hits me much harder:

The first two characters you meet in the movie are dead and the third that survived just wants to die. Fuck this movie, man :'(

It's not like, Grave of the Fireflies or tragedy, but just a little sadness moment -
the moment when their bus gets graffitied with the horrible homophobic slur
in Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert.

One of those moments you don't expect in what is mostly a hilarious and awesome, uplifting film.

Oh, and
when they have the funeral for Bernadette's partner near the beginning
. It's too near the beginning to feel that much, but it's still a sad little moment.

Also,
You always were an asshole, Gorman
. (Aliens) Although I mainly think of that as badass now. State of the badass art.

Always brings a tear to the eye.

Will give me goosebumps every time I see it. It's the absolute perfect ending, because it doesn't spoil the funny moments, but does make you stop and feel something.
