I think something went wrong with my review copy. I'm in EU and I still haven't received it I think US press already had it for about two weeks (?).

I worked on the powers and can say that it was a balancing act. If you play on Hard, it still isn't going to be easy.

I haven't really looked around yet, but it's $44.99 on Steam with some bonuses if you own SR3. I imagine you can flip the TF2 skins for a bit extra too, but I haven't checked.
