I'm basically losing my shit right now OMFG!!!
This needs to happen holy shit!
Raimi is in my top 5 directors of all time. Easily.
Even though i absolutely loved the first Doctor Strange and am also a big fan of Derrickson's Sinister.... this, to me, is a big upgrade.

Can You Imagine What SureAI Is Going To Do With Garfield?
Doctor Strange is the best. Hope Raimi can do a bang up job.

Fwiw Derrickson will still executive produce last I checked.

Let him in, and let him have complete creative control.

He hasn't directed one of his legendary meme-worthy superhero films since 2007.

Dig on *that.*

Well, if they don't bitch out on the horror aspect, that'd be dope.
I HOPE they give Raimi a little roam to really explore some of the scarier aspects that are present in Doctor Strange comics. The comic has had some GREAT horror elements in the past.

It's PG-13 so make sure you keep your expectations in check.
;)

*EDIT*
Just looked up Drag Me To Hell and that was PG-13 too.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting Evil Dead or anything, but I think they could really walk up to that line and tell a good story. And like you said, Drag Me To Hell was Pg-13 and they did some fantastic stuff with that movie.
