Too harsh IMO. But he needs to be limited on the amount of polls he makes and he needs to be moderated with his poll choices to stop making loaded answers which result in bickering in the thread.

kind of made this forum shit imo. every day there are 5 polls from him on the front page

I'd take some bickering like this (and some shit threads) over mods that would make Stalin and Hitler proud simultaneously. Took me closer to Orwell's '84 than I thought possible.

I definitely agree with that. Banning people with different opinions was the worst thing ever.

No one needs to be banned, but some rules should be enforced.
