Show off your Bloodborne Hunter

The lighting is not the best, but here is my character who is a descendant of my Demon's Souls character:

Wavy purple hair, just like his grandpa! Also purple chops because I couldn't resist.

Seeing these creations make me ashamed of mine. He looked okay in the character creator, but not so much in-game. :/

I'm pretty far along now, and I don't really want to re-roll over something like this. I'll probably use my current character as a "test", to run through the game and see what weapons/builds I like. Then, after I complete it, I'll start a new character [hopefully one that looks decent this time] and use that one as my main.

Nice work though, everyone!

It would be nice if the character creator didn't have an insanely bright, shiny light cause it's not even close to the ingame look. Still, I'm happy with how my hunter turned out, and may post pics when I'm not on mobile if I remember :)

almost no one can resist the eyewear in this game

it just seems to fit, those little round glasses. and the monocle, I mean come on

Old looking? Do you usually make characters that look younger than yourself?

I never make character that based on myself actually :p
But, I think people draw inspiration from many Victorian-esque fiction character which indeed features many old men as main character.

Thinking on this some more, it'd be great if they allowed you to customize your character's appearance after you've already created him/her.

I know it'll likely never happen, given past "Souls" titles, but it'd be nice. That way you could keep altering your character to keep things fresh, without needing to start over completely.

Has anyone written any tips on how to create a good looking female character?
Also, this world is clearly in need of better hair products.

yeah, I've always disliked this about large games. I don't even think it's a good idea to let you customise your character at the start of the game.

How is everyone getting the screenshot uploaded?

I capture one but I don't want to dump it to facebook or twitter. I wish I could dump it to my photo bucket.

I accidentally made a female character that looks like Nic Cage.

I forgot to snap some pics of my Hunter last night! I took a few random screens, but I'll take some actual pics and post them later tonight.

I really like that they added a "save to favorites" feature to the character editor. Before I was wary of spending too much time in the character editors of these games because of how many sliders and toggles could drastically change the appearance of the character.

Aw man, I didn't notice that. I guess I'm out of luck since I already started playing with my guy?

Btw, is there a way to start a new game without deleting the old one?

I just used my smartphone and snapped a pic of the screen.

You can also use the Share button and upload to Facebook or Twitter and then take it from there.

I THINK you can also use the PS4 Web Browser, log into whatever pic hosting site and upload it from the PS4 - but I never tried that before. Not even sure if the PS4 will let you do that.

It's something that all character creators need to include from here on out. Makes rerolling an unsatisfactory result so much easier.

Fiddled with one of the presets a little bit since I tend to make a mess of things when I spend too much time in the creator, reasonably happy with how my character turned out. As an aside, I'm glad that hats don't totally change the hairstyle, you can still see the ponytail.

Come to think about it....this Alucard looks much better. Now just to find the right clothing....especially the hat.

Ok, let me show you my awes-

Oh, that's right, I forgot the day 1 patch is taking FUCKING AGES to download. I've never had speeds this bad from PSN before. But of course their servers had to shit themselves today. Sigh.

(I know I could start the game without the patch. But I don't want to, considering what it adds.)
