My dad gave it away to us, it was really old and required a lot of maintenance work ($1200). She hasnt really put a dime in it and drives it around like she ownes it. I cant even goto the gymmm
Fuck
Few things:
1) You don't just remove a starter like pulling out a fuse. It's beneath your car. It requires tools. And, like, a hunk of time. Depending on your car, it's not too brutal, but still, stop trying to fake it's broken down when you don't know enough to find a solution yourself on how to make it look broken. Pulling the starter, for christ's sake...
2) If both of you own the car, then you, too, are being a petulant child for trying to get her to make believe the shit is broken. As opposed to the, ya know, grown up thing of telling her how you feel. If both of your names are on the title, that's tough. Try to work with her or get a new ride.
3) If her name is NOT on the title, take the damn keys. That's the solution. If she won't give them to you and drives off, call the cops and report your car as stolen.
Yes.
Really.
Pulling the starter... are you out of your fucking mind?
EDIT: It reads like you both own the title and talking to her isn't going to work.
I suggest cargurus.con to help you search for a new vehicle. I'm not trying to be a dick, but that's the option with the least amount of headache.
