Has it been confirmed whether the switch version has that or not? Also does anyone know when the NA eshop will update with this?
I am fairly sure I read that the switch doesn't have this mode.

Its says 1080p docked on OT
As much as I complained before launch, I'm super happy so far...
Shovel Knight Treasure Trove, Setsuna, Zelda, Binding Of Isaac, Voez, Fast RMX.
Looking at the score aggregators, heck... did any other system have as high-scoring a set of launch games?
When you rerelease games that have already seen success elsewhere, you tend to have a critically successful set of launch games, yet not all that much incentive to purchase them.
The Vita was quite similar, with games like Ninja Gaiden, Rayman Origins, UMVC3 within its launchw indow. But they didn't sell the system and I dare say it's not titles like Shovel Knight, BoI or Setsuna that are selling the switch.
Here's what we've got so far:To anyone who has the Switch version, how is the frame rate in portable and docked mode?
From what I saw at GDC, it looked a solid 30fps in both docked and handheld mode, which I found surprising because the graphics looked quite good.
The game is slow paced, so 60fps is more of a bonus.
Seemed fine in handheld - not tried it docked. Will do today.
Well people are saying it looks blurry on Switch compared to PS4, so either it uses some temporal aa or it's sub 1080p.What? It's not 1080p?

will this game have a launch discount on steam? I see people on ps4 could preorder for 20 percent off but there has never been an option to buy on steam..
if no discount then f 'em
3.64GB install/1.3GB download.
Hey Saoirse, would you say it is possible the absence of a launch discount is a mistake on their part?
Here's what we've got so far:
I'm planning to do a thread about this at the end of the month actually. Nintendo's strategy was clearly to drop a megaton in Zelda and then surround it with a series of smaller titles catering to various niches. And most of the best of those small titles are either exclusive (Snipperclips, Fast RMX, Blaster Master Zero) or console or timed exclusive (Plague of Shadows, VOEZ). The sum total is a better launch month than I think we've had in generations.
Kinda looks like a 3D Hohokum. Colour me intrigued!
No launch discount for Steam...
Sure (it'd hardly be the first time), although contrary to the PSN pre-order discount, a launch discount has never been mentioned, AFAIK.
Confirmed on Twitter: no discount except for Playstation preorders.
When was this confirmed? Wondering myself.
Same price far as I know.

Not if you preorder it, it was 20% off but today that deal is over.
It doesn't look 1080p to me on the Switch. Handheld looks sub-720p as well.

So the developers lied?
So the developers lied?
Did they specify by saying it was native 1080p?
Is it up on the eshop yet?
I haven't seen any impressions in here saying that.
Ugh... I'm really torn on this one. I know I want the game no matter what, but I'm torn on the platform. Really wanna get it on Switch and support the platform, but I also want it on Xbox to get those sweet cheevos. If it's good enough, I'm sure I'll get it on both eventually but for right now I'm just really torn.
Anyone facing the same dilemma?
