• Hey Guest. Check out your NeoGAF Wrapped 2025 results here!

So, what are PC gamers looking forward to this E3?

A lot of multi-platform games actually:

Wolfenstein, Batman AO, Watchdogs & hopefully witcher 3/cyber punk 2077.

Promising multiplatform announces. Last year Ubisoft made E3 worthwhile by showing Watch Dogs which looked really exciting. If somebody shows something similarly cool and unexpected, it'll be a good day.

TOTAL WAR: ROME 2

Actually, I have no idea if that'll be at E3 but I am excited for it. I'll be curious if we see any more Oculus Rift support for games too.

Console gamer meltdowns

Yeah pretty much, at this point I think Half-Life 3 could be announced at E3 with Gabe riding the companion cube in his birthday suit coupled with two hookers and nobody would notice on GAF because the front page will be still full of threads featuring an open jawed dog and tales of how Bill Gates personally came to their house and fucked their civil liberties.

Personally I'd like to see the new Batman and Witcher 3 on PC demos at E3 with HD feeds. Currently working my way through Batman AA and Witcher 2 on a decent rig and its glorious.

If only. :(

Looking forward to Cyberpunk 2077 too, not sure if I'm gonna get that for PC or next-gen though.

Prepare for disappointment; Cyberpunk is CDPR's 2015 game. The company was still hiring at the time it released the teaser earlier in the year.

Next-Gen titles
to see if they can finally remove the brakes from their i7+3xTitan rigs
.

This. Want to see what they can achive before deciding if I should upgrade my rig or just play in 720p for a couple of years more

Witcher 3 (even if it is behind doors), Cyberpunk 2077, and Battlefield 4.

Will watch for all other multi-plats .

Halobox on Steam.

i would really like for Valve to set-up a PC press conference at E3, like they mused about before.

I literally got an email earlier today about a PC specific show Im going to, so all of the below probably.

EDIT: quoted pretty big picture

The tears of an entire console generation watching their future evaporate before them.

Na I jest. The consoles are a very good indicator for what we can expect on PCs. The one thing I'm afraid of is a lot of console exclusives, but otherwise it's what third party games are getting made, and what new ideas are coming out of the new hardware. Are developers pushing the boundaries of the tech? is new gameplay emerging? are we going to see pushes in development in areas that haven't seen enough focus like A.I. etc

Overall though it's just a cool event that pulls all gamers together regardless of alliegence. *insert the epic Kevin Butler speech*

idk, what ever is there?

I mean outside of console exclusives, I can't imagine many 3rd party games that are announced that won't be on 360 ps3 ps4 now pc.

And it's not like i won't be interested in those exclusives either. Now that I have a disposable income, maybe i wanna see what this whole 'get a new system at launch' fuss is all about ;)
