I think everyone knew this after 2013 that Vita was not getting any more AAA titles. The system just isn't selling well enough to justify the costs of the games not to mention the whole mobile craze taking up all the sales of the vita and 3DS.

I think it's been about 2 or 3 years since I bought a bona fide Vita game. Complete waste of potential, but it does a bang up job as a portable PSone machine. And if nothing else, I suppose we have hacked firmware and NES/SNES/Genesis/N64(?) emulation to look forward to.

Gravity rush is nothing. Freedom Wars and Soul scarifice are the 2 best games on the system. I'd like to see them continue making those. Seems unlikely at this point tho.

I played freedom wars and thought it was really fun. Though it can get a little repetitive after a while I haven't gotten to play Soul Sacrifice though.

But I guess people liked Gravity Rush and Uncharted happened so I guess they technically supported the Vita at one point in the distant past.

You kinda missed Killzone mercs and a few others. Other than mercs, Sony's AA offerings like Soul Sac, freedom wars and Oreshika were better. That being said, I don't expect more of those either.

The sad, I got rid of my vita awhile back sometimes I do miss it for PSN classics. It would awesome If Sony could develop a dedicated "remote play" device that purely is used for remote play nothing more, nothing less at a low price.

At this point I've learned to live without the support. I saw the writing on the wall before I bought a Vita. The library has been kind to me and has made Vita one of my favorite systems.

Sucks for those that bought a Vita for AAA games though. Not exactly the direct followup to the PSP that one would hope for on that front.

Should check the PSN community thread. It appears Sony is scaring off publishers/developers with the legacy comment AND not communicating vital information with them, like the fact that a cubbyhole of memory was freed up.
Sony, it seems, is actively trying to kill the device.

Not really. Vita versions of PS3 games didn't sell well and Sony just doesn't make games that work well on portable such as RPG or puzzle games.

Who knows, maybe Gravity Rush 2 is the next TLG.
