I'm actually really looking forward to World of Final Fantasy, it looks really nice, and the fact that you can change your character from chibi to KHish at any time and have that represented in the game is insane

There were only 3 announcements at last year's PSX that I cared about. Street Fighter V coming to PC and PS4 exclusively, Wattam announced and made by the Katamari-creator and EA giving away free games for the weekend.

Since the console version (which is completely different from the 3DS version outside of the story I assume) is PS4 exclusive and seems pretty far along from the gameplay video and the fact that they're targeting 2016 for Japan, I could see them confirm a western release at this conference.

Though I'm not expecting it to be released in the west until 2017.

At this point either 0rigins or 1 Extreme is a likely candidate, and are both good starting points.
Even if SEGA decides to just test the waters with 1 PS4 Yakuza game, I think that'd be good enough. The challenge comes in successfully blackmailing people into buying and playing it :3

If they stick to their "first half of 2016" launch window this will be the last normal PS conference before the end of that window (outside of E3 which would be too late) so there is a decent chance of a release date and price.
