I'm thinking this. Kind of reminds me of the warnings you see before NFL & NBA games that says something along the lines of "Any other use of this telecast or any pictures, descriptions, or accounts of the game without the ___'s consent is prohibited".

They don't necessarily enforce those rules but it's crazy to see the language implying that you can't even talk about what happens during a game without permission. Guess we'll need some clarification from Sony.

I'm not sure if you're being serious or not but I will treat the post as if you are. This will not make a dent anywhere. Microsoft's embargo is up on Tuesday and then we only have a could of days until the PS4 is released. No one besides us and similar enthusiasts are going to give a crap.

No it doesn't. When you buy a game it doesn't mean you can do whatever you want with it. Just like with movies and music. You can't just decide to make copies and pass it around for free. That's all the licensing means

I am talking about medium selling not printing copies of the game and distributing it.

May I ask if you are this concerned about other stuff that gets blown out of proportion? Sony has been very clear that games will work as they do now on the PS3. All they did was update the wording on rules they never enforced before.

Ask MS. There are a lot of people who still think you can't buy/sell used games with the XB1 even though MS reversed their policies. Once the imformation is out there it's hard to undo the damage.
