The Witcher 2? I've never personally played it but from what I can see GAF's impression about it is very excellent and pretty much destroyed what Dragon Age 2 had to offer.

In any event, 'award' implies appreciation to quality and Dragon Age 2 is anything but quality.

Really seems like they're setting up for each of the GOTY candidates to win 1 big award. ... Portal 2 is listed under PC only. They have Uncharted 3 for PS3 and Zelda for the Wii. And Skyrim isn't listed under any of the system categories(which probably means it will win GOTY).

I do like that the Bastion soundtrack is getting some love. Nominated twice under best song and also nominated for soundtrack of the year.

Wario64 created a thread earlier. Also, Portal 2 is up for Best X360 Game as well as Best PC Game.

ehhhh.....Uncharted 3 shouldn't be anywhere near game of the year. At least put Gears 3 in there instead.

skyrim seems to be almost guaranteed based off the judge list.

I just can't wait for w/e celeb say the name 'barry steakfries' on tv.

Ghost Trick though... it making the list is great stuff indeed for japan.

having played all of those games on the goty list except Zelda, I'd say uncharted is my pick, and skyrim has a pretty good chance as well.
