I'm on the edge of regular and plus sizing. She looks bigger than me.
Maybe I'd have to see her in a different outfit. Most people I can compare to aren't in swimsuits all the time

Baby steps indeed.
She's only in an ad.
who doesn't like a good showing of swimwear?
I think it's cool that people can like big girls, but sugar coating it doesn't do anyone any favors.
What the fuck is this?
Is the dude flying away from her? Is he jumping into the pool? Is he orbiting her? I mean wtf? This is so badly Photoshopped.
Sorry, on-topic, I think this is great. I'm glad they're moving in this direction.
She's also got the mother of all MySpace angle heads.
if you mean calvin klein, they never referred to her as plus size to begin with.At least this time "plus size" actually means that, and not "barely above size 0", like someone tried in another campaign.
no i just go into the store and buy stuffDo you get excited when you browse Apple catalogues as well? >.>
Nothing wrong with preferences. She just doesn't seem that big.
The thing Zoe, is that she barely has a belly. She has fat ass and boobs but a pretty normal belly. Not many women grow like that, it is unusual and most likely photoshopped.
that's not a PAWG

Put down the mag and go outside. Especially in America.
Also the photo in the OP is photo shopped so bad: her panties disappear and her left leg is like twice her right one and can't attach normally to that waist...
where the plus sized male models at tho
that's not a PAWG
Listen I like all body types. Thicker women can be beautiful and sexy as well. I think the lady in the OP is very attractive.
But yes she is larger than what would be typically considered healthy. There is not need to be politically correct about that.
I like the idea of taking away unrealistic expectations forced fed to young adults, but they are still Photoshopping her like crazy in most of her shoots.
Baby steps?

What do you think GAF?
apple products don't have titties and assesSo why not do that with swimsuits?

Am I dense or does she just look "wide". She has no rolls, her belly looks perfect. Her face looks good, boobs, too.
It's weird.

Now we get to pretend to care about overweight models. Yeah, like I've ever aspired to be husky. Photoshop the flab off, and maybe we'll have something good.
The model is plus size. I know we have been deliberately shifting the goal posts on woman sizes in the last 2 decades but that's our problem, not the world's.
The point of this is that there are different standards of beauty and what people find beautiful. Beauty isn't limited to a certain size or shape, but that's what most media pushes on us.
No one is forcing you to find her attractive--is it so hard to imagine that, yes, people can find her attractive?
She doesn't look big to me at all. Just looks like a normal weight
Spoiler: "Sizes" are not some universal constant - they're arbitrarily defined.
If "sizes" were defined in a way such that a "healthy" body were a -7, this wouldn't be a "Plus size."
Plus sized model is such a stupid term. How about just normal model?
