I don't know why they keep trying to do livestreams when it's a clusterfuck every time.

The Mustang commercial was cool, though a bit short.

Escort Carrier, around 700m long. More pics here https://robertsspaceindustries.com/comm-link/transmission/14393-Introducing-The-Pegasus-Escort-Carrier

OMG 200 more Idrises on sale split into four allotments. People losing their minds, I'm sure

[edit] That pic ^^^ is in-engine, too, they said in the livestream

I can't watch right now because this laptop is garbage but did he just say he's going to try the Avenger in game?

New lobby looks awesome.

Dat Avenger. Can't wait to fly mine.

Yes. He's flying "an older build" of the Avenger. Looks sweet. Good computer voice, too.

It's too fast, wow I have never played a space shooter before, but if this is any indication of what's to come, that's all to it there is?

Those sound effects have some bass

That's like asking if an online deathmatch is all there is to Grand Theft Auto

Can't wait to see all those environments. The failing mining location sounds awesome.

Yeah, I like all this persistent universe information. So we get ArcCorp and Terra Prime first, then the Nyx System (with that mining asteroid base) next. Nyx isn't on any of the makeshift maps, although I wonder if it's the system that's one jump from Terra whose name couldn't be identified in any videos.

[edit] Mariana and Odyssa are the other two of the first five landouts, they just said. Mariana is an abandoned ship construction yard with half-finished hulls of ships and empty storefronts. The PU director forgot to give details on Odyssa.

This description of simulating planets' wealth, crime, population and job rate in relation to how nice or crappy the locations look sounds like SimCity.

I am just tuning in now guys, what did I miss?

Mustang commercial (it was short), new screenshots of the Idris frigate and the Pegasus escort carrier, dogfight between the Santa Monica and Manchester offices (Chris Roberts flew an Avenger, which is a tank), and the Austin team prattled on for a while about persistent universe things they're working on.

Can everyone pull out a gun when you eject right now in AC?

Man I hate the look of the Constellation. It's like lumps of metal piled on top of lumps of metal. (Those little models on the desk reminded me of this.)

Not right now, but I guess it'll be in the Version 1.0 patch.

Ah, cool.

That's funny, I'm actually a big fan of the Connie's (and Aurora's) look because I feel many of the other ships look too clean and neat like miniatures/models - and the RSI trademark complexity is the opposite of that.

THX for the responses guys. :D

edit: short, but fanastically made. Jeez

Haha, Roberts just referenced Ubisoft and AC:Unity while discussing how Star Citizen's iterative and community-focused release method is better.
