Quick question: For PSVR does this game require Move controllers?
Nice, bought it from uplay but the game isn't appearing in my library.. And now i need to wait their slow ass customer service to help me out. Well at least it's not valve, i might not get an answer in a week.
The meat of the experience will be co-op with other people so definitely play more of that. I'm not even planning on playing any of the campaign single player since I know that multiplayer will be more fun.
have any intrepid explorers figured out how to get that uplay discount applied to a digital version of the game?

I don't understand how everyone playing this is utterly hilarious and is dropping the best one-liners with staggeringly good comic timing
You should get an e-mail with the Steam-code. Add it to your steam library and when launched it'll connect to uplay.
Thanks for the info it helped a lot 😊 Just played a couple of matches coop! So much funTo fix the mic bug, you need to disable all non-Vive recording devices on your computer. Yes, it's annoying, and they should fix it.
Nothing on my email either, other than the paypal receipt. It was the first place i looked when the game didn't show up in my library.
I too had some minor troubles with that on PSVR, but even a colleague of mine on Vive, which whom I played yesterday, said the same. He mentioned Captain was particularly difficult to control becaus of that.
I checked my camera, Move still had plenty of trackable room below, but I couldn't sometimes reach stuff. What I did was sitting bolt upright, stretching my neck, calibrating, and then back to playing in a relaxed position.
I can't see how that matters sitting, but my height is 195cm.I'm on the Vive as well. Out of curiousity, how tall are you?
So uhm, I've never watched or read a single thing about Star Trek. Also not a fan of multiplayer mic action. But REALLY interested in the whole piloting ship stuff, looks like FTL in first person. Is it really worth it for me?
It's a great game, if anything the star trek angle is underplayed as it doesn't have the music or most of the races, and the ship is an original one too.
FTL feels very different, you don't move about the ship at all or see any of it other than the cockpit. Even as an engineer you access the various systems via one control panel. You do feel connected to the outside universe, structural damage and so forth happens. But yer, you don't really feel like you are piloting an actual functioning ship as your interactions are too abstracted.

Any good anecdotes or places to read them?I don't understand how everyone playing this is utterly hilarious and is dropping the best one-liners with staggeringly good comic timing
Buy this game people! It's soo freeaking good! Just had a session with 2 PSVR players, one Vive and me on Rift and it was just a blast in general!
This is what VR is all about really.
And you can identify the difficulty setting by the uniforms - on the highest difficulty, everyone is wearing a red shirt. So when will we get Star Trek: Away Team expansion with Aim support?![]()
Can you play this sitting down?
Can you play this sitting down?
It's a sitting down game. Doesn't take advantage of room space tracking at all, you are glued to the chair.
I played on Vive with the motion controllers, how is it with a normal controller?
So I'm guessing no one else has had issues with body position, and the console being too far down?
Checked junkmail and such as well? Mine arrived right away as I ordered.
