Sure everyone has been laughed at at some point, but I'm talking about extreme bullying which is what this kid went through.
Everyday, everyone for months and months. I don't know if he's been beaten up as well but if that's the case you can't simply tell him to man up.
Especially because I don't think it was 1 vs 1 but more like groups vs him.

The problem I have with the lawsuit is that I'm pretty sure all the news shows and comedians that were using him as material did not have to pay, when the kids that only uploaded the video did have to. Sure, they enabled it to occur, but to blame them for ALL the crap the kid took? Did they force anyone to make fun of the guy? Did they make the guy act that way on camera? Kid needs to take some responsibility for acting like an idiot on camera, and the people that actually made fun of him too, if you want to actually be fair about it. Not just the kids that uploaded the video.
