No, this surprised me too. Was awkward as hell playing him for the first time at SDCC until I figured it out.
The dude playing against me got a few free wins as my attempted flash kicks ended up being early jumping roundhouses and attempted sonic booms ended up being whiffing hard punches

Getting "Disconnected from game server." and "Unable to connect to Update server." messages.
This is true, downloading the beta client is live, but the service is down for another 3 hours

Amazon never charges pre-order orders until they ship. You can order, download beta, play beta ,forget about order almost all the way near release and cancel order for no cost. Just preorder download beta and cancel order tomorrow.

You and me both. I love that fighting style's normals though. Nash in this game is like a perfect character for me. He has the most target combos too. Love everything about him on paper.

I don't know why you didn't get it instantly, but Amazon has 48 hours to give you the code. Maybe it's better if you try to contact them.
My friend just did the same scheme and got his code in the same minute.
