Tried to play the game again this morning and got the 21007 and other errors. Hopefully Beta 2 or 3 allow you to go into training mode locally and actively match make.

They've been trying to fix it ever since the problems showed up.
Some people managed to get into training mode for a couple of mins and the very lucky ones got one or two actual matches.

I guess the servers are offline now again. Update servers at the beginning goes fast now and then the "can't login to game server" comes up pretty fast, too.
Edit: Yep homepage shows them as offline now.
