Stuff your face with Cheesy Gorditas to win Vitas

Just requested a code from the website. Got the email instantly, entered the code and received the message it had already been used. This is weak, Taco Bell. I won't soon forget this sham of a contest.

Just got an email from TBSweeps saying that I was a verified winner. In 2-3 weeks i'll have my shit delivered even though I won two weeks ago and they told me last week it'll be 2-3 weeks. It's like going to a restaurant and they're telling us it'll be a 20 minute wait.

Yeah, probably a combination of the people using bots and asshole TB employees entering box codes themselves.

Approaching six weeks since my win, still no Vita.

took exactly 2 weeks to get my prize.

They gave me HSG instead of LBP and will send LBP when it's out this fall.

Whaaaat. So you received the "Reply to this email with shipping info and game of choice" email on the 6th?

Edit: nvm, didn't see your earlier post.

Dude you or LaserBuddah ever get yours?

I haven't. Seven weeks since my quote-unquote win as of today.

I wouldn't mind the wait if TB and Ventura understood the frigging concept of "communication." If I'm going to get my Vita way later than other people who I won much earlier than, they should really give me a damn reason or a rough timeframe. The only response I can get from anybody is "wait for this other place to get back to you even though you emailed them weeks ago."

So after apparently being doomed as a Jan 31st winner, I got my confirmation a week or two ago, and sent I all my info, and haven't heard back or got any packages. Still not expecting anything.

I found two failed delivery notices on an obscure part of my fence this morning. Idk why he didn't put them on the door like a normal person. One more and it would've been returned to sender. I made arrangements to pick it up at lunchtime today.

they should have tossed it over the fence. and hope you enjoy the vita.

Hey, did you ever recieve an email like this:

2ND AND FINAL ATTEMPT

If you have already received this notice and responded with your full information, please DISREGARD and do not respond.

Congratulations! You’ve been identified as a potential winner in the Unlock the Box Instant Win Game and Challenge (sponsored by Taco Bell).

Your PlayStation® Vita Prize Pack includes:

I just got it today, even though I received an email on the 6th and then again on the 8th asking for my info. I responded to each within a few hours so I don't know why this came.

So I finally got it.

So I finally got it.

Tomorrow will be eight weeks for me, and Ventura is simply ignoring me at this point. Pretty much giving up hope.

I have to uninstall the content manager program. It's just sitting there, mocking me, lol

Edit
Me: "...it's been 8 weeks since my win."
Them: "I spoke to __, and your name is on the prize fulfillment list. It will take 4-6 weeks before you receive your prize."

AGH

Anyone else get this email?

The Unlock the Box promotion ended. But We haven't forgotten you yet. Here is a $100 Gift Card Just To Say Thank You.Click below To Claim. $100 Taco Bell Gift Card http://urwebhome.info/tacobell

It's from "dmin@freeshoppinggiftcardsforyou.com via eigbox.net "

I mean, it's obviously not legit, but I wonder how they got the email address I used AND knew I did the Taco Bell thing? I never get any spam with that email address, as I rarely use it to register for things.

I haven't gotten a message like that. It'd really be one last kick in the balls if everyone's info somehow got out there.

Tomorrow will be ten weeks since my "win," still no Vita. Not even going to bother trying to get Ventura to respond to me anymore.

E-mail them once a week until the end of time. I'm not entirely kidding. Just send the same thing each week with "It has now been ___ weeks" etc. At some point, someone is going to get completely sick of you sending e-mails and ship out your Vita just to shut you up. And if you never get one, you can take small, petty consolation in the fact that you are annoying the shit out of someone. I would.

Whole thing was a couple days short of 12 weeks (that "3-4" and then "6-8" sure didn't pan out rofl), but I just got a UPS MyChoice email and it looks like I'll actually be getting my Vita tomorrow!

Congratufuckinglations, man. It must have been a pain to wait for Taco Bell to get their shit straight.

I'm definitely not getting my hopes up, but we'll see. I can't remember who/what, but I've read about other people winning similar contests from Ventura where they did follow through with not-released-yet prizes.

Don't mean to pointlessly revive the thread, but after seeing E3 footage for LittleBigPlanet Vita, I truly hope they follow through. It looks to be a fantastic version, so I'm hoping what petethepanda said is true about the company.

So I emailed Taco Bell Sweeps a few days ago about Little Big Planet. They got back to me and said that they are waiting for the games to arrive at their warehouse and then they will be sending them out. They didn't give me a time frame.

At least we are still going to get them, but who knows when.

Emailed Ventura Associates about this, and actually got a response after a few minutes.

"We still have a bit of a delay in getting the games out to the winners. The last ETA I had was about 4 weeks to shipment. I am sorry for the delay!"

So it looks like we still have a bit of a wait ahead of us. I'm happy they're at least communicating this time around. (And I suppose this is the "best" timing for the situation, as AC3 and AC3:L will be stealing all my free time pretty soon anyway lol)

Holy shit, awesome! Congrats, glad it came!

I took the email from Ventura to mean four weeks from the date of my email, but maybe it meant four weeks after release after all. Hopefully the rest of us get it soon as well.
