Hanasaku iroha 17 - Well at least this wasn't as lame as the yuina arc, but still pretty forgettable. I'm not dropping this show yet. I must REMAIN strong for team haniro (lol). Plus the structure of the show hasn't changed enough, that they can't get a another 3 or 4 good episodes out of it!

The episode also made me realize that I absolutely could not care less about any of these characters nor their interactions with each other so I see little to no reason to keep watching.

Finally got round to watching the 80% uncensored version with subs (Converter fail lol), and I'm shocked how I could potentially extract some enjoyment out of the show like that female samurai show Tsubuki Ran something even if you take out the huge tits, boob biting/licking and orgasming.

Of course it would depend on how episode 2 plays out in where this show is headed.

R-15 is still awful.

There is and it's the former:

According to the privateer ship's compact that was made during a war of independence a century ago, the ship must be inherited by the captain's next direct descendant. Marika finds herself embarking on a new life as a space pirate. - ANN

Started up two new shows today, both starting with ka.

Kamichu 1 - This was very beautiful to look at, i think it's probably one of the best animated anime television episodes i have ever seen, very solid character animation, good art, pretty backgrounds etc, the whole thing also felt like i was watching a movie, good stuff, it definitely ticks all the right boxes in terms of personal taste with charming characters, mostly female-cast and a ghibli-like supernatural setting, but for some reason i didn't love it quite as much as i thought i would, still pretty good tho, and looking forward to more. (although i assume it won't be quite as good as the first episode).

Kaiba 1 - I saw this like years back when it aired and thought it was amazing, and i don't think i have changed my mind since then, the minimalist science-fiction atmosphere is just so damn effective, and I'm totally in love with the art direction, out of the two shows i started watching today, this is definitely the one I'm excited to see more of.

Usagi Drop 2-3: Simply delightful. My show of the summer.

Nichijou 17: Ono Daisuke doing the crow was a fantastic casting call. The whole segment with the card house was fantastic, as was the one where Yukko tried desperately to not respond to Mai's trolling.

Hanairo 17: About what I expected. Still a good show, but something needs to happen soon.

Yeah. It would be a bit harder of a sell, but for a design so minimalist, a larger print would grab the eye so much better.

I'm not sure how T-shirt printing works but I assume it costs less to print one design many times than to print multiple designs a few times on just as many shirts. So if the shirts had only one penguin each then the Meido one would probably cost more, since only I9 and cuilan would actually buy it (going by their affiliation in the eternal animeGAF war)
