This game stole the show for me, it's right down my street.

With this and P*'s X1 exclusive if MS keeps on bringing the games I like I'll be choosing the X1 over the PS4 as my console for most of this gen even though I really dislike MS and Sony's hardware is by far the better hardware. Just like I did last gen.

I agree completely. This should be on every gamers radar and is a reason to own a console.

Gameplay looks potentially frustrating since it looks like it pulls you towards stuff you grind on which means you'll feel that you're not in control. Hopefully it's not so bad it ruins the game since I really like the graphics and the gameplay if they pull it off properly looks fun.

This was my first thought as well.

I LOVE the irreverent, 4th wall busting 'tude the devs put into this. The sheer "we rock and we dont give a fuck" coolness makes me want to play the game. And, as others have noted, its refreshing to have something more upbeat and goofy in a sea of serious (the new DR3 DLC appeals for a similar reason). But when I saw the actual gameplay it basically makes me think of "old-school SSX rail grinding with mutants and guns." I'm not sure if thats good or bad or somewhere in between.

Last night at Xbox Showcase we had the Night Defense demo from Chaos Squad, as well as the single-player demo that Ted played - which was playable for press.

You hit X to attach to a grind, so you never get the pull in you are worried about unless you want it.

The over the topness is precisely what makes it appealing to me. Crazy record player guns > teke powers for me personally.
