Oh I think most of us believe this is true. We just think what they'll announce is more disappointing shit.
We joke about the ports, but given the WiiU's power it should be the definitive console version of RE6.

Nah, they have to port over Resident Evil 1 ( PS1 version) and another lightgun game in order to test the WiiU.

The most logical option is 3DS, but since it has no platforms announced, date or even screens, who knows.
If it's finally for 3DS (I'd bet for it) I don't know why they haven't said anything yet, apart from confirming its development.

Don't care one bit unless it's one (or more) of the following:
- Anything Mega Man-related that isn't a port
- Okamiden HD
- Okami 3
I can't decide just how sad it is that, as unlikely as options two and three are, I still find them 100% likelier than a new Mega Man game.

Alright nintendorks. We gave you zak & wiki and dead rising and they failed on wii. We'll port them over to wii u to test and see if you guys are ready for the real games you want such as Resident evil 5!!!!(vanilla edition). So go out and get these games if you want the real games.

Capcom wouldn't need an AAA cinematic exclusive to make good use of Wii U. There are other ways.
I think people have been asking for a console Monster Hunter on the MT Framework engine since before Dragon's Dogma came out.

Honestly at the moment I'm guessing the reason platforms are unannounced is because they're still deciding if they want to do 3DS only or 3DS/Vita. That and the lack of detail in the announcement suggests the game had only been greenlit shortly before.

Some of us will take a small hint over absolutely nothing. It's worrying that Capcom has not announced anything for Wii U yet. I appreciate Sven at least acknowledging the Wii U fan's concerns.

Nar that game was in development but it got delayed so they could retool it into something fans still don't want.
Current release date is scheduled for: 2 years too late.
