Where are the sodas ? In the game department or soda department
Just restart your saved game, could be a glitch.I can't believe how fast this soda sold out. Hopefully they bring some more back since they realize the demand.
Yeah, I forgot all about this until I read this thread. Just snuck out of work for a bit and they sold out of their 12 within an hour of opening.
3/5 of the targets in my city didn't even get them in stock and the other 2 only got 1 case (12 bottles) and one guy bought the entire case eat one of the stores.Closest store to me that has any is 80 miles away. Sigh. Sold out basically everywhere.
Sounds like a complete fucking shit show i would rather spend a few more bucks and get a nice replica online without the terrible jones soda stamp on it.
I found them opening the box today and snagged two. I wanted four buy I took what I could get. All targets short of two had sold out right away.
Got mine hours after it opened at the most central store in town. Shocked they didn't sell faster there.

Most reports of stores that had them also only got 1 case (12 bottles) with no limit. Sounds like a complete fucking shit show i would rather spend a few more bucks and get a nice replica online without the terrible jones soda stamp on it.
Brother's store only got 12, and he bought 8 of them. He was unaware it was limited to 1 per customer and they didn't have signage. Whooooops.
Things are going for $100 on ebay.
one target showed in stock, drove there and they tell me they never got them. Why the fuck do they even bother with this kind of promo stuff?
I thought it would also be 6 packs or at least not a limited stock
can someone explain to me the point of limited stuff like this? Between this and pepsi's fuck up of the back 2 the future pepsi..why are they turning down money? its absolutely ridiculous
Well they better sell them soon cause if the target I went to is correct, people will be able to find more at Target once they get another shipment in.
It's cheaper to make limited supply and rabid collector fervor serves them more as advertisement / people talking about the game than the $1 or whatever per bottle they'd make on flooding stores with them. They are also guaranteed to sell every single bottle they produce. They're collector's items. They're limited. It's how that works.
It's ultimately on Target for not giving a shit about the limit. Some stores have limit 1, some have limit 2. Some don't even realize what it's for and sell the entire case to one guy.
Once again, the target I went to she said they should be getting more as they are tagged an active item in their system.
Even braintree?Everywhere in the Boston area sold out. If anybody could get 1 bottle and ship it over, it would be greatly appreciated!
Are they stocking these in the soda/grocery area or the game area? Lunch in 20 minutes and a Target nearby shows low stock still.
Even braintree?
Damn, well thanks for saving me the drive.Called Braintree 2nd, they got 12 bottles and there was a line outside before the store even opened.
I went to the store 40min after opening and they had about 10-12. I got 3. 1 for my brother when he gets back from college, 1 that I already drank and 1 for my friend coming back from college since he can't even pick up fallout 4 yet or play it from being busy. Not that good of a taste. I'm surprised these are selling out, even though I guess I shouldn't be.
Damn near ALL Targets in the Baltimore area sold out asap
It's a promotional rebranding of Berry Blue (or whatever). That they received extremely limited supply of. They're not going to exist in perpetuity (outside of Jones' website), and just because it's listed as "active" doesn't mean they can just order as many cases as they want. It probably has the same UPC as Berry Blue, even.
Retail workers will say a lot of things / vomit whatever at an upset customer to get them to leave.
Except she wasn't trying to get anyone to leave. This wasn't like people were hounding her about it and no one was acting upset (except one mom who was just trying to buy a gift for a few people and was upset at the one per customer. And she wasn't venting to the manager but to the other people in line). People were being pretty civilized at the store I went to (probably because they were handling it well).
I work retail. I can usually tell the "I just am telling you this cause I don't know and it will make you stop hounding me" attitude.
I mean I'm not saying she couldn't be wrong, but I don't think she was just trying to BS anyone either or just get them to go away/stop asking me questions i really don't know. She stated it very matter of factly (and was very aware of what hte product was cause before she opened she made sure to let everyone know it was 1 per person, no running or you are getting kicked out, and had the bottles behind the counter so that they regulated how many you got. She was quite aware of the situation).
If I'm remembering correctly, Jones is a vendor item. Target doesn't order it, a representative from Jones' distribution partner does. Like Coke / Pepsi. If that's the case, she has absolutely zero idea of if they're getting more, and is unable to influence ordering any more than begging the rep.
