If you're talking about the shot where he "arrives" (rises), it looks lifted from the 1984 original... not re-created in CG. Re-used footage. They just changed the BG behind him a bit...

So from a 2 second clip of her firing a pistol, a flinch and her, height? weight?, you've come to the conclusion that she can't portray someone who can take care of herself? Strange, but ok, opinions.
Not sure about the second but but this first bit seems right to me. We don't quite know where "old-t800" came from yet. Unless I'm also missing something?

Modern trailers tend to show too much of the film in the mistaken belief that it'll make it more appealing to potential viewers.Too bad they showed the "I'll be back" line already. Should've kept that under wraps and see the theater explode.
That's what I'm trying to figure out. Old Arnold has apparently been waiting for the Young Arnold for a while, which is why it's flesh has aged. Old Arnold destroys young Arnold resulting in an altered timeline. Where Old Arnold came from, no one knows yet.Why is old Ahnold walking in from the same place young Ahnold did in the first movie?

Everyone keeps complaining about the girl but she actually looks like Linda from original film. I feel like some people in this thread have never even watched the first terminator film.
Took longer than I expected.

No, not really.Yeah that's really what people are having a problem with.

im going to watch Avatar 2 multiple times now. at least Cameron knew where to leave well enough alone.
The smudge (plastic) appearance looks more like heavy-handed DNR to me. Who knows.
If you want to talk about how CG scenes look in trailers compared to final version, head on over to the Jurassic World thread. Its not that uncommon. The second one is clearly CGI, pretty bad CGI.
What?
Not-at-all. Trailer is simply awful, John Connor is... Uh... I can't find the proper adjective. They didn't do a very good job of selling this movie to people.

This seems extremely unnecessary...
And is this suppose to be Arnold and Sarah?
