It's vicious attacks like this on true American heroes that show GAF to be the liberal sounding board it really is.
Batman killing him didn't really do much. Superman still had to save the day.

Yup Darkseid got disembodied by a man on skis and his essence subsequently destroyed by a crooning Superman.

I don't know much about Thanos but I know with Infinity Gauntlet he's basically a god (but only in the marvel universe).
Darkseid at his height was killed by a bullet.
I think Thanos takes this with IG.
COIE Anti Monitor would be a better match, then that would come down to who's universe they're fighting in.

Gotta go with this one.
Thanos destroyed and controlled the entire universe, I mean it's no contest.
It's kind of crazy how inconsistently powerful both of these characters are. Especially Darkseid. Like the Jeph Loeb written Darkseid that Batman could actually engage in hand to hand combat without dying instantly, and the Grant Morrison Darkseid that vaporized Batman without even getting out his chair.
