As I've said before, the team sizes in Bad Company where the same as they are in 1943, and the maps in BC are fucking
huge, I would argue a couple actually seem larger than any of the three for 1943, and the games don't feel anywhere
near like a wasteland. There's constant chatter going on telling you what the enemy team is doing, your team's progress, etc. The game always let you know when shit was going down.
On a side note; most of the gameplay demos I've seen feature people playing 1943 who clearly have never touched BC's multiplayer. Many of the outlets who did previews seemed to be going into it expecting an HD 1942. But everything I've seen thus far indicates to me that instead of this being 1942 with a better engine, it's actually alternatively a Bad Company texture pack.
I don't mean that in a bad way by any means, since I love Bad Company's multiplayer. But gameplay wise this definitely looks like it'll feel more like BC then 1942, which I don't think a lot of the reviewers expected (or even thought about).
Then again I may just be talking out of my ass
