3 camo painted Tumblers unless they all represent a single one and they just have 3 which can do different things depending on what the shot calls for. We've seen the painted black one on a flat bed, so we know Batman has his car again, but that could be for later in the film and this scene takes place earlier on.

Those of you complaining about Bane's mask have to remember that what you're seeing are leaked set photos. What you don't realise is that the mask won't look like that in the final picture, it is really just a placeholder for when they CG moving tentacles onto his face in post.
