just got an email from a friend that they now need paid extras for the scene. I called but they were already booked on 20-29 year old males.

I have a pretty big spoiler concerning a character that was filming sunday. Not sure if I should post or not as Im not seeing it reported on any other sites and I havent seen any pictures of it. That said, I'm from Pittsburgh and know a few of the guys playing the Mercenaries, so Im almost certain on this.

I dont want to post though if people rather I didn't.. whats the consensus?

Nobody knows. He also has a huge scar across his back, some guy is playing a "mad scientist". It's all probably connected.

My guess is that the mask does something to his voice.
 
I still like the idea that Bane floods fear toxin into the areas where his enemies are gathered and then he goes and fucks them up while they're tripping. The mask just allows him to breathe normally. That's all just speculation though.
 
Once again this is revolving a very potential death that I havent seen reported online so dont read unless you are sure you want to know -

Pretty certain JGL gets shot in the head, although its hard to say who it was. He was leaving the building with the woman when an older man from the crowd apparently steps out and shoots him dead. He seemed to be in league with the Mercs, but once again, hard call.

They shot this scene quickly and low profile and did what they could to stop people from seeing it and knowing what was being shot. The extras who saw it didn't even know what happened at first because of this. Ill try to get some more concrete info on it.

I just had to look. Thank god this movie is still 11 months away which gives me time to forget about all the spoilers I've come across.
 
Keep in mind, it was super hard to tell what exactly went down. Also, I heard that Nolan may or may not have filmed some short diversion scenes to keep people off of the story. Either way, I would avoid that spoiler if you dont want to know too much.

Diversion scenes? Now that's interesting. Theatricality and deception, Nolan takes it to heart.

You people with the "I'm punching out!" comments make me laugh. 95% of you will be back tomorrow.

So lets talk about what these leaked images mean.
I would guess that the prison break happens fairly early in the movie, with Bane breaking Batman's back somewhere mid film, allowing for the long recovery storyline to start up which leads Bruce to the Lazarus pit in order to heal himself. Meanwhile, Catwoman is driving the batpod, filling in for him or whatever. Then Batman "rises" in the end, gets a new suit, there's some sort of crazy flying finale involving the planes, and end film.
Thoughts?
 
I am not out as long as people put proper spoiler tags around what has leaked and what they are discussing.

I still follow the thread for news about the movie/production or any official release like promo pics.

Surprised there hasn't been an official Empire magazine reveal of the Batsuit or Catwoman outfit.

My thoughts are, you are fucking crazy if some of those predictions are what you seriously think will hapen. But, I've been wrong before...

Thanks god Catwoman doesn't talk that much and the laugh ...damn.

Edit: Let's hope for less Selina Kyle and more Catwoman.
 
I know this is old news, but the football game shoot is this weekend, my friend is already signed up to be in it and is going all the way down there for it,sounds fucking crazy tho.
Apparently a lot of explosions during the game.

At the time that it was originally denied, one of the officials said “There’s been no conversation about ‘Batman’ having anything to do with the Civic Arena”. So erm.. hmm..
edit: oh possibly not, I'm confusing stadiums, filming at a different one.
 
The advantage I think Bane will have over Batman:

Bane won't have the advantage of just mass, weight and strength over Batman. It won't be the army of men he's put together, either. The key weapon he'll overwhelm him with is his experience.

Think of two MMA fighters, relatively the same age. One who has been practicing a few years, and the other has done it their entire life.

Batman has learned his skills at roughly the age of 24-28. Bane has has been honing his abilities ever since he's joined the League of Shadows. Which I think in the Nolan-verse would be since he was taken under Ra's' wing. As just a child.

I think Bane is going to give Batman his wake up call. He will toss Batman around like Ra's did when Bruce was just learning. Only this time to seriously injure him to the point of disability. Bane is comfortable with the idea of human execution. Batman is not. Bane is going to make it very clear to Batman that he is alone, much weaker, outnumbered and helpless.



What I think will happen at the football stadium:

Bane's army will terrorize with weapons, fear toxin and explosives. And Bane himself will demonstrate his combat abilities by taking out some of the athletes without breaking a single sweat.
 
Tomorrows shoot is apparently outdoors from what Im hearing, so expect more pics.

mercenaries from the brawl
are called for during that scene.

Edit* Looks like Ill be there tomorrow morning, so I will relay any info and pics I can get!
 
I've told myself a million times to stay out of this thread, but every time I see it bumped I must... =( I haven't been spoiled yet but I know I'm gonna get burned if I don't stay away. I don't think I can withstand a full blackout though so I'll probably watch the trailers whenever they come out.
