I think so. I've bought both my DS and several games from them.
With the free shipping they're not the fastest possible, but they're not slow. Pac-Pix shipped the day after release, and was here 6 days later. For a shipped price under Japanese retail I'm happy.
I'm not sure why they're not more known, because they seem pretty big in asia. But it's mostly their preorder deals thats awesome. Accessory prices are through the roof.
