Not going to read anything in here. I just want to post that I was all ready to watch the replay, and my DirecTV has gone COMPLETELY OUT.

FUCK YOU GOD.

That said, it was awesome.

Ronnie! OMG!

Shane! OMG! OMG!

Awesome episode. However, it just made me realize how long it's been gone and how I need a memory refresh of all the storylines/characters.

GODDAMN!!!! Now that's what I call a season premiere!!!

A lot of awesome things happened in this episode. The writing for this show is still as incredible as ever. Loved the part when Vic's daughter comes out as he's roughing up the guy...Ronnie...Wow...COLD!!! Oh and I love Dutch and his always sarcastic tone..."Final Jeopardy"..."Riiight!" :lol :lol

I love this show...best thing to happen to television!!!

Apparently in Satellite TV land, this show aired at 7 and 9 pacific on FXHD.
WHAT
THE
FUCK

DVR is set for Saturday showing, but fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck I don't want to wait.

you guys were right. i shouldn't have watched :lol

I figured that if I picked up 24 halfway thru season 4 then I could do it with anything.... I was wrong :lol

Awesome opener.

Through out the episode some of the past references I had to think hard to remember. Thats how long we've had to wait!

Ronnie just became someone to watch out for this season. His got the eye of the tiger in him now :D

Damn it's nice having this show back.

Opening scene was fire.

Ronnie was fire.

Billings was hilarious as usual.

Shane dudes feet off was holy shit!

The best thing about the premier though?

That witness lady's rack. Ridiculous.

I thought this was a solid episode. Not one of the best, but I feel like that's partially due to the fact that it's been over a year since I've seen last season's finale and half the time I was trying to remember what had happened. That being said...
holy shit at Ronnie turning to the dark side. The past couple seasons have been great for his character and this is another awesome direction. Also, I'm hoping to see this uneasy Shane/Vic alliance continue. As much of a dick as Shane can be, I really like the guy for some reason.
I'm definitely glad it's back and I can't wait to watch the buildup over the next couple of episodes.

VERY happy this is back on. I now have something to look forward to on Tuesday nights. Loved how they did Bilings!! He's such a twerp.

Thanks to all who gave the links to the reviews as well. Whet my whistle as it were until the show came on.

It really has been a long time coming.

Yeah I felt exactly the same way. Decent opener which should set up an explosive final season. I kind of new what was coming with Ronnie though because of a trailer I saw. Does anybody know what song was playing at the end? Sounded like BRMC.

... it's not like this is a show that people can really start watching this late in the game.

Yeah, I guess you're right about the "start" bit...I sure know a lot of people who have made it work, tho!!! Friends were having week long marathons with the DVDs, and fighting over seasons, just to catch-up in time.

It's a great series and there definitely still time for peeps to get involved...before Nov. 25th, at least!!

Well, I didn't mean catch up from S1, I just meant start watching at S7. Heck, I introduced my girlfriend to the show about a month ago, and she's already almost done with S5, so it can be done :).

I love this show!!!

HOLY SHIT at the preview for next episode...
Is Shane gonna get busted in the weapon heist? Or was I mislead?

Another great episode...I liked the Dutch-Billings-cinder block side story. That little kid "shmoke dem foos" gangsta, with claudette, was hilarious...acting superb as ever!!!

You guys think that
Vic's new 10 grand "salary" will somehow get him in trouble

Its amazing how this show just gets me sometimes,
I got really sad when Vic told Ronnie not to be like Shane.
Also, STONKING GREAT TITS!

My lesbian daughter won't give me grandkids! I can't wait to see Jesus! :lol

Episode was a little slow, but it shows how Vic is starting to regain control and be the supreme authority of the land, like in season 1. What's ironic though is that he may lose job. :lol

I enjoyed last night's episode more then the premiere.
Claudette vs. the lil' gangster was pretty great and even though that was an intense scene, the episode also had some funny bits as well. Dutch and Billings continue to be a good comedy duo, and the old woman's line about wanting to see jesus was :lol.
Personally, I'm still not getting a real sense of momentum or direction (aside from assuming that eventually, shit will hit the fan in a major way between the two gangs) from the overall storyline this season, but I have a feeling it's meant to be a slow burn.

Awesome Claudette!! That little bitch of a kid needed his head caved in.

I'm liking how the plot's intertwining and twisting already. Good interplay between Shane and Vic too. I agree the worst part is that it had to end! Can't wait for next week. From the reviews I read, it's meant to be a 4 episode slow burn then blast off.

What a damn good episode. Hiring some dude to rape your daughter to scare the lesbian out of her? Nuts.

And nice to see Ronny finally tell Vic how he feels.

Correction: "To Rape the lesbian out of her!" :lol Gotta love Dutch!!!

Every episode is suspenseful, awesome and down right bad ass!! I'm gonna miss the Shield :(

The last scene was absolutely fantastic...The way
Vic gave Shane that look after he supposedly made him believe he understood why he did what he did to Lem
, just amazing acting...Can't say enough good things!!

Okay, good, because I seriously thought Vic was being honest. Good to see he was playing Shane.

I have a feeling Ronnie is going to do some pwnage against Vic or Shane this season. :D

This is the third week in a row that Dutch has been killing it. He's just been the highlight of the early part of this season for me. It's like he finally grew a pair of balls. The Vic and Shane Vs. The Armenians storyline is still moving slow, but that's how this show has always been. This is the calm before the storm, and next week's episode looks like it will be where things really start to pick up.

Also, I thought it was pretty funny how they brought back the dude who was into the "mature" porn. That was a crazy episode.

Vic's family=Matt on Nip/Tuck. I don't care about his autistic son or his amazon daughter thats like 3 feet taller than him or the whinyass wife. Not to mention they're all terrible actors. I wish they would just cut the dysfunctional family storyline out at this point. Other than that, great episode.

:lol I couldn't agree more. Vic's daughter is HUGE now! Last night was his family at their absolute worst. Each episode further convinces me that Shane made the wrong choice in saving them.

I agree.
But it was a 1 minute scene out of a 45 minute episode so no biggie.

GREAT episode! Vic playing Shane like he did was awesome. Wonder if Vic's Amazonian daughter
is going to call Child Protective Services on Vic from grabbing her
or not. Another new twist to add to the already twisted mess in Vic's life.

Man Vick was sooo phoney pretending to be surprised at the heist.

And Corrine's Shawn Ryan's wife.

well i guess now asking "Who did she fuck to get hired for the role?" isn't so inappropriate. Terrible, terrible actress.

His daugher is ridiculously annoying, but his wife is ten million times worse, I know they are trying to show that despite what Vic does at work he still cares about his family more than anything and has a heart, but I wish they showed way less of the family.
