I don't care whether it's Bungies fault or Microsoft's, it sucks that we are not getting any kind of progress updates about this. That is the very least they could do.

Has anyone encountered a problem with saved films were it will randomly show a round from someone else's perspective, and be really choppy?

I was watching a high ground territories vid, rounds 1 3 and 4 were fine and showed what I did, but round 2 showed someone else's (shitty) play, and it was mega choppy

this is why i think that they still don't know whats wrong. if its network problems which i doubt it will be hard to find.

seriously just put it up on marketplace and put a some code in, to check to see if crackdown is in the played games of the said player, if it is let them download the halo 3 beta.

this way isn't working but they could have created another way for crackdown owners to get the beta it been over 8 hours

conspiracy theory time: what can actually go wrong with a download link in a game? doesn't seem so very complicated. actually bungie want to control the stress on their matchmaking servers or whatever, and have gone with a multi-stage ramp-up that leaves crackdumbs temporarily in the cold. i don't believe this theory as such...but...you know...got to keep the hatecock turgid.

My theory, there is no Beta included in Crackdown. It was all a ruse to get more Crackdown sales. In a few hours MS will be issuing a PR stating that in order to get the Beta into the hands of Halo fans faster, the Beta will be made available to all XBL Gold members on the marketplace. M$ indeed.

It's been TEN FREAKIN' HOURS. Bungie and MS still have nothing to say for themselves. This is gonna get crazy if we get no word until late tonight.
