I don't like training playlists. Training games, since they don't rely on any level for matchmaking, mean that some of the people you'll be playing with are head and shoulders above everyone else, and everybody else is just cannon fodder. I stick to ranked matches so that I don't have to play people who are so much better than I am.
Unfortunately, due to the short availability and the changing playlists, the ranked matches for H3 Beta aren't much better, because the matchmaking system needs time to work properly and get people to the levels they need to be at, so de-leveling aside, you often end up playing with people who are of much higher skill as they work their way up the ladder.
