Which iPad? It looked perfect on iPad 2 but I haven't tried it on iPad 3 yet. Still an awesome experience regardless of scaling imo.

Well it's kind of like a Pokémon x Puzzle Quest x dungeon crawling game thing, and it's like, by far the most popular iOS games in Japan since it's basically crack.

I just used all my stamina with not understanding the ramifications.
FYI - Each dungeon costs a certain amount of stamina points(s). If you don't have stamina, you don't get to play the game. One stamina point will regenerate about once every 10 minutes or you can reset stamina with a findable item, or you can buy the item via in app purchase to reset stamina.

I didn't realize Rovio's games weren't universal until after I bought the iPhone version. I just got an iPad Mini and I probably wouldn't have bought or just bought the iPad version if I knew this before :[
I know it's my own fault for not reading the details but I just figured it would be.
I bought the HD version and the Jedi levels are already unlocked for me.

I just tried Puzzles and Dragons. Feels like a weak Puzzle Quest knockoff mixed with a weak Pokemon knockoff. Didn't have much fun with it. I also didn't like that it doesn't rotate the screen if I flip my Mini (I prefer the speaker to be on top), and it also leaves the iPads display on the screen at all times (date, battery etc). Graphically very attractive though.

Hell yay.
Just get it on Steam during the Christmas sales. (If you have a PC)

Fuck YAY. Adventure games and iPad go together so well.
It's a stunning game and the port is good but it lags on my iPad 3 at times.
It's also behind with updates so Episode 5 will probably be released a month later.
Surprisingly we got Episode 4 fairly soon(ish) after the other versions but I still wish I picked up the PC version.

Puzzle & Dragons is extremely bloody addictive, but why the hell does it not have notifications? Especially when it takes over 2 hours for your stamina to reach full again? Seems like such a glaring omission
Game is most likely gonna get deleted, unless I figure out how to take off these notifications!
Sorry to anyone that I have annoyed with notifications, in theory it's a great idea to challenge your friends but at what cost? It seems like this game is just one giant spam, they even make you watch a video of there other games just to get coins and stuff. If it makes anyone feel any better, I get about 100 challenges sent to my phone also, never understood why but now I see that the game is using these notifications to get new players... And that is just wrong. I was gonna suggest that this game be recognized as a November game, but scrap that... It should be placed on the wall of shame or something (but is is fun)

I'll be getting a 4th gen ipad tomorrow (first ios device). So I guess it being new means no games take advantage of the hardware yet huh?
I've been playing games like nova 3 and asphalt 7 on my s3 and they sometimes run at no so good framerates. Will they run better on the ipad despite the much higher resolution? And does nova 3 retain all its effects now? Last I read the ipad 3 was missing stuff.
