In my haste to grab the N+ Premium Theme, I've noticed that they have reduced the price of the old Themes to just 50 Points.
You don't get the Friends stuff, but you still get a few JPGs to brighten up the standard look.

I picked up the BSG theme and I'm pleased with it. I'll take pics of it with my digital camera when I get more batteries for it (unless Xbox Neighborhood works with a retail 360... or unless you want crappy cell phone pics).
The main background is primarily black with a red tint and a BSG logo in the middle (although not super huge like some other logos). The Friends List has the Galactica, Cylon Raider, old and new Viper, and what looks to be Colonial One (the colors seem wrong for some reason). I would've liked to see a Cylon Basestar, Raptor, or the ship with the circular ring, but what they selected works okay.
The other backgrounds consist of the hanger deck / launch pad, and what I can only assume is the back wall of the brig (hard to tell).
Overall I'm pleased with it, but they could've done more with it. Maybe they'll have another theme for The Plan or the Blu-Ray series box set release?

I'm buying it for this reason alone (well, I also happen to really like the game). I've bought 2 themes previously but I'm so disappointed with the giant text of the game name in both. Street Fighter 4 has a fuck off giant title that spoils the entire theme. And while Fable 2 is a little better, it's still annoying. Why do they feel they have to advertise their game to the person who bought the damn thing? I promised myself I'd never buy another one that advertises itself.

I like 360 and its games but I motherfucking hate Microsoft because of its shenanigans. I'll buy this theme to support developer and because Braid is one of my favorite game.

I'm really tempted by this, but I wish there had been a way to see it in the 360's marketplace interface. I'm surprised they redesigned the whole shop, but didn't include preview pictures for each item as an option. You still only get the tiny banner graphic on the item's page.

Braid theme is the only theme I ever bought that I did not regret on purchasing.
Although with my new blanka gamerpic I think I might have to take the plunge and get this new spiffy theme.

when is the SFIV picture pack for Balrog, Vega, Sagat, Bison coming out? their character select portraits are the best looking ones in SF4 IMO (Ryu and Ken character select portrait look like ass in SFIV IMO)
