Already got it, hope it scales well.
I would love to see a lot of the PS3s PSN games on the Vita. I did ask Housemarqu about Dead Nation but got zip.
It wouldn't make sense for them to NOT do it, don't you agree? I can't imagine porting Dead Nation to Vita would eat too much of a budget.. so why not?
I agree entirely. But how many other things make perfect sense to us but never see the light of day?

I think Journey would make a better Vita game than PS3 game. It could use GPS and Near to great effect....
I hope they release some sort of collection. I love Eden and Monsters, and I would love to have them on a handheld (though I guess Monsters already is).
$10 on PSN. Everyone should own this game...

i would be just happy if there was a vita version of all psn games from now on (and if possible some older titles too, dead nation or joe danger for example)
They arent using the latest physics engine in the game which Fifa 12 uses - so cross plattform multiplayer isnt possible.
Not in this version. Cross platform play (cloud saving to pick up your save on the other console) and multiplayer are things they are trying to work into the next iteration.
maybe if you've just come off the back of playing Uncharted 3 it doesn't have the same impact? I've held of playing UC3 until I've finished UC on Vita. I like how it feels like the first game.
I thought all the digital games worked? Ruh roh if that is not the case.
Tactics Ogre LUCT doesn't seem to work. Which is a real fucker.

Phantasy Star Portable titles apparently don't, along with a few others. Some have been added through updates though, like Criminal Girls (not that we saw it, nor do I really WANT it out here), so it's not impossible nearly everything will be there. I'm more worried about games that got pulled, like Brave Story. The Vita would be a great opportunity to work through my PSN backlog, and that's one of the meatier ones. Then again replaying Persona 3 probably IS a better use of my time anyway.

Ah, my biggest PSP time sinks Phantasy Star Portable 2 and Tactics Ogre are not supported? Well fuck that! I need a time out to calm down and relax.
Edit: My PSP finally died in December so I decided not to re-purchase another one as 90% of my games were digital and thought I would just get the Vita instead. I was looking forward to playing PSP2 but this time with a right stick. Man I am one angry gamer now.

Yeah I've been buying up DD PSP games for this too. Tatics Ogre among them

Yeah, I thought they all worked. The only issue was that some have been pulled from PSN and because you have to redownload to install them, you can't use the version already installed on your PS3 - effectively makes them 'incompatible' as they don't exist anymore

Actually I do not know - seems like it was an error on Amazons part. It says 229,25 for me, because of an over 90€ discount that I do not understand. Happened when I canceled my pre-order and re-ordered.
It may have something to do with the pre-order pack I got last year because of the prior pre-order. Maybe they deducted the price or something.
Wondering the same thing. I'll probably go with the PS Vita + 8 GB Stick for 249 bundle.
Found this in Google and on Gamefaqs, a list via search on the Japanese Playstation site that lists PS Vita compatible games, and I DID spot Tactics Ogre on there afterall. It probably isn't a guarantee for US compatibility, and the one game I mentioned (Brave Story) shows up only as a UMD game when I dug up the Japanese name, but most of those I'd want like Atlus and Falcom games are there.
I didn't intend to buy the Vita this early but damn that's really tempting (and i live in Berlin).

How would you rank it against the console Uncharteds?
As good as the first, but vastly different from 2 and 3. There's no massive set pieces, lots of shooting, the climbing is slightly less linear, loads more stuff to find, decent story (
but the big reveal is really glossed over
Visually it's gorgeous, the screens really don't do it justice at all.

UC2 = 9/10
UCGA = 8/10
UC1 = 7/10
UC3 = 6/10
Its a lot more fun, good story and the only negative part is the very last boss fight/QTE event.
