Wow, VC is TORCHING Tayshaun. Why do the Pistons refuse to double? :lol

Taking their time, waiting for his knee to implode.

It never happened :(

This Stones squad is confusing as hell. They hang with the elite, then get blown out by the scum of the league. Very frustrating. Watch them to the Kobe-5 minus 1 tomorrow.

Holy Shit, Gilbert Arenas is on pace for a Quadruple Double.
22 pts, 8 assts, 4 boards, and 6 steals at the half. I've never seen a Quadruple Double, so I'll definately be watching the second half.

4th game in a row that the bulls can't hit a fucking shot. game's over.

guess the whole team hit "the wall" at the same time

Considering that only 4 players have had 10 steals in a game a total of 7 times in the past 20 years (Clyde Drexler once, Jordan twice, Alvin Robertson 3 times, and Iverson once a few years ago), I really doubt that he'll get it. There's a reason why both (or is it three?) quadruple-doubles in history involved blocked shots and not steals-- it's much more common for a big to get 10 blocks than it is for a guard to get 10 steals.

Told you Arenas wasn't gonna get 10 steals. :lol Six at halftime and he finished with six. :P

Arenas didn't play much in the second half due to foul trouble, and the wiz blowing out the Bucks.
I wasn't expecting him to get the quad-dub, but it would have been exciting to see him get close.

He played 39 minutes for the game, so he had to play a minimum of 15 minutes in the second half, with zero steals. My point was that games of 10 steals (or even 9 steals, for that matter) are exceedingly rare-- much rarer than games of 10+ blocks.

I love NBA TV. John Tesh!

:)

I'm watching the Magic Cavs game right now. I've actually learned how to avoid scores (except when it's rockets, as I get like 400 IMs when the game is on)

I swear the people taking these shots are perverts...

What the god damn fuck?

Oh, and go T-Mac!!!! :D :D :D

So it looks like the Mailman is gonna sign with the Spurs any time now. That pretty much wraps it up for any chance the Spurs have of winning a title, so i guess the field is pretty open now. As we Laker fans learned last year, the only thing more powerful than the "Kobex Princeple" is "Bad Karl-ma".

No Kobe + Van Gundyball=one uglyass game

Gundyball? This team hasnt been playing Gundy ball for weeks, they can actually score now.

Now your team is nasty right now.

the Lakers have had a horrendous first quarter and a half offensively and yet they are only down 6. Yeah those Rockets are just a scoring machine. Look out Suns!

:lol I didnt say they were a amazing scoring machine like the Suns,I said they havent been playing Gundy ball and this still isnt Gundy ball, just the way the Rockets move the ball around isnt gundy ball.

Lakers are one giant turnover.

LMAO!!!!! COOK U RULE!!!! :lol :lol

Shitty ass refs that game, shitty D by the Rockets and Van Dumbys shitty subbing almost cost us that game, but again...YOU ROCK COOK! :lol

i don't even know why the fuck Cook was in the game late. Especially on that last defensive possesion. Yeah, lets have Brian "Softer than Charmin" Cook guard Yao on the last play of the game instead of our starting fucking center Chris Mihm. JEsus, some of Rudy T's stupidity seems to have rubbed off on Hamblin.

I'd have liked to see them drive or post up and try to get a foul call like the Rockets did on the previous play. Then again, Cook was wide open and his worthless self couldn't hit the shot. Mitch has got to get rid of the dead weight...

And how about not starting off so sloppy? >_<

Why do the Lakers keep going to Brian Cook for last second shots?

He can't be any worse in that regard than Kobe's been this season... ;)

(ooooh, burn Konex! :D)

Kobe leads the NBA in points scored in the 4th per game. That's pretty clutch :p
