I still call fraud, european retailers expect to get the game this friday. And last time I checked we still had wednesday here...

He sells the game over a videogame shop and I can't email him. I emailed the dude who leads the shop and asked him if they sell Bioshock before the release date (24th here in Europe) and he told me "No". Now I emailed him again if he knows what that guy is selling.

I mean, why are we hearing that it's mainly TRU? Why not Wal-Mart, or Target, or EB, or FYE? I'm asking because my TRU is about five minutes away and if they've been selling early because of a misprint on their stock list or an error on the date in their computers, then mine will probably be selling early, too. No one in the store knows anything about games, so they wouldn't know that they're breaking the street date.

So screenshots of receipts are good enough? All a screenshot proves to me is that someone violated the street date. Not sure that means its legit for everyone to do it though.

This one comes with the tin bx aswell. You don't need to keep the big ass package you know (even though I will)

I'm hoping to pick up the game today, but I won't be able to make it to TRU until pretty late today. Maybe I'll head over to EBStop during my lunch to see if they have it. I'd love to get the CE, but I'll get the regular if they only have that in stock.
