Wow, I opened this thread expecting to have to fight for the Smiths (espeically with the error in the title re: sythns).

Anyway, Smiths. But Strangeways sucks, and don't try to tell me different.

2. Meat is Murder
3. Strangeways, Here We Come
4. self/titled

Yeah, I know it wasn't all new, but an awful lot of it was.

My ranking:

Louder Than Bombs
Queen is Dead
Meat is Murder

(nearly a dead heat between those three)

Strangeways was a pretty amazing and underrated album. It's easily my favorite, though it's not as immediately accessible as TQiD.
