Just finished it. I never watched or read anything else about TWD than the games.
Shoot Kenny and went with Jane because this is about survival and even if the Wellington thing was real it could be ruled by another "Carver" right? Just like some people here have mentioned it, TWD games show that people are even more dangerous than the walkers. Larry (Lily's father), Lily, the St. Johns people, the old people of savannah, Michelle (the girl that kills Omid), the military men that took Christa, Nick, Bonnie, Carver, Arvo, Mike, etc. and I bet i'm forgetting people. Now that I think about I wonder if someone have the count of how many people of my teams have died by walkers and how many by people.
Jane is not like them. First she was 100% right that some people do not want to be saved and sure, she would left me if I become a dead weight but I would the same to her if she become one. For example, If there was any chance to get rid of the baby I would do it. I never cared about Becca or Alvin and I really do not care about their baby (i'm in the 7% that did NOT held the baby) and of course it will slow me down or make me die. The situation was very different with Lee/Clem because in the outbreak of the walkers we just didn't knew what was happening, how long it was going to be, if there were safe places, etc. Basically we had hope and now I dont have. This is the reason I never watched the show or read TWD, things always get worse and worse.
Also:
1. I knew that everybody except for Clem was going to die and everybody died. No matter which ending you choose, both Kenny and Jane are efectively death and if there is a season 3 with Clem they will kill the one you left alive in the first minutes.
2. The most interesting character for me, Pete was killed after few minutes in the game.
3. Most of the characters where dumb, unreliable people and they just didn't fit into the game, like Sarah, after more than 400 days nobody have teached her anything? everybody just spoil her? Also I wanted to shoot Nick, Reggie and Bonnie more than Carver.
4. Talking about the dumb cast, it was so stupid that every person always asked to Clem what to do.
5. People die and nobody care about it. In the first season when people died you could see the cast being broken, for example after Lili shots Carley. Or after Ducky/Kat dies I remember talking with a broken Kenny about. This season every time someone dies the rest of the cast it's like: "oh one less of us" and then the story moves on. I understand why Kenny/Clem do not give a pickle about Nick and Carlos deaths, but Bonnie, Luke, Becca where friends of them right? and they just do not give a sh** about it.
6. Even then, they give the cast very few time on screen, few dialogues, that you do not really have time to bond with them.
7. There are parts where the plot is really really bad. Why would Bonnie and Mike run away with Arvo? lol it's really stupid. Let's say they know Kenny is a bomb waiting to explode and make everybody get killed, well Arvo is a disabled kid that is useless and consumes resources, anyone that had the guts to left Clem and the baby WITHOUT resources, would left Arvo too. But instead of that they give he the gun and then Clem get's shot and a couple of hours later she is like nothing happened to her. Or the shootout against the russians, they encircle my group in the open and after it nobody was killed but everybody of the russians? REALLY?
So in the end, for me the season 2 was nowhere close to the first season.
PS: With all the limited optins they gave us, they should give us only the Kenny finales, they just feel better and knowing that Kenny will remain alive would give me Hope again. Now that I know he is death I really care less for the third season.
PS2: Everybody, PLEASE watch the Kenny finales, just do it. I'm not going to change my decisions but those finales just feel better.
