It sounds like some garbled japanese, a language that i find to be one of the most irritating to listen to. A retarded hi pitched variant isnt doing me any favours.

I'm beginning to wonder if all of us will be able to hold out another week. I've never wanted to play a game so badly in my life, and I never get like that. I need to get off the internets or something.
 
How long has it been known that the GC version of Zelda TP was cancelled? 'Cause there doesn't seem to be much discussion of that fact, which makes think maybe his has been known for a while? That really pisses me off as I have no interest in getting a Wii at this point in time.
 
Must be some really good gumbo cooking in the pot right now. That spoiler thread has went up in about 3,000 views in the last hour alone. Curiosity beckons me but too bad Im too scared to find out what's going on :lol

That's unfortunate but nobody knows. All of the coverage is with the Wii version. If youre getting the Gamecube version, you probably will have to find out yourself.

That spoiler thread is like a girl you keeps begging you to **** her, while she gets hotter and hotter. But the hotter she gets, the more you will feel like complete shit afterward the act.
 
For those who know what the spoiler is, HOW much does it spoil? Would it break the game or something? Or is it just something like revealing who a character really is?

In other words, would knowing the spoiler likely lessen my experience with the game?

Exactly. Well, I guess the thing to do would be to let the pro-spoiler mod (if there is one, or whichever one is frequenting that thread) handle those. I, too, am looking forward to reading the spoiler thread once I'm done with the game, just to see if someone was ****ing everyone over with fake Zelda stories, which would be probably the best ownage I could think of. Also, following the general thread of where people in the press were from post to post would be pretty cool, too. Actually, that reminds me. One of these days, I need to take an hour or so and read the Oblivion thread. Wish me luck.

Again, there are spoilers in regards to what? Is it just like "twilight king revealed!" or is it something more story-spoiling like "this happens to this character".

You know, I think that thread needs a name change: add "where mods fear to tread" to what already is there. I've got this mental image of the Wild West, only instead of Wyatt Earp, you get Doom_Bringer.
 
i had my Zelda game spoiled to death my a stupid 14yr old kid on another forum, posting his shit in a non Zelda thread.
I'd read this forum spoiler thread, bit its was easy to just skip as spoiler pics are linked and not shown.

BUT DAMN THAT STUPID KID
Game sounds awesome though and............ really awesome.
55hrs for TSA = 70hrs+ easily for me, so i'm happy (my wife isn't!)

I really, REALLY am tempted. I don't think I can wait 'till I beat the game either (which will probably be the end of December).

I'm gonna have to lock my modem up in a bank box or something.
 
Is this game fairly plot-intensive? I just played OoT this last summer, so obviously the end had been spoiled for me by Super Smash Bros. Melee, but I don't feel that that hampered my experience at all. That's in contrast to Wind Waker where I didn't know the twist and can't imagine going in having known that.
 
If I get the ending spoiled for me, I swear to God I'm going to find that person and shoot them in the ****ing face.

What are the chances that some asshole will spam the spoiler in another thread, or create a new thread with it in the title? I want to keep using GAF and this thread, but I'm almost afraid to do even that. The ending is a freaking HUGE spoil that I can't afford to have happen.
