it physically pains people to see Titanfall do well so they have to find some way to discredit it
Or, you know, people just want some clarification before jumping to conclusions.
It bombed on PC.

What does it matter.
Yeah, this is what is happening.it physically pains people to see Titanfall do well so they have to find some way to discredit it

It's something called comparing and contrasting. One tweet specifies what the number refers to while the other just gives out a number.

no no I get that, I just think you're assigning more value to the difference than it merits. but ya know whatever, I'm over this now. Its probably players, so you can rest easy.![]()
Cannot tell if serious or not.wow i didn't thought the game sold that much, and only on Xbox One? :O
The amount of salt on GAF lately has been absurd. And it's always the same token users that keep popping up.

Do you have a source on this policy?
I do remember reading something like this but would like clarification if you would be so kind.
It's almost as bad as the hair trigger defensiveness and strawmanning.

LOL! Some of you are way too emotionally attached to Titanfall, they can't stand the idea of someone questioning the info in the OP.

That's $600,000,000.00 in a perfect world if each game were at $60. That doesn't even include tax. That's quite a few copies of Titanfall.
Oh snap! The salt flows both ways, token user.
No. It's just that, starting this gen, whenever they released a big budget game, EA has refused to provide sales figures. Whenever journalists ask them they give them the usual line "EA doesn't release sales figures" or they would cite the NPD. We don't know how well Plants vs Zombies did, no idea on how well Dragon Age did and no numbers for Titanfall (other than NPD). EA used to provide sales figures so this is a very striking change and very annoying.
I searched and can't find any article on it. I think they just quietly introduced it last year.
I reached out to EA to see if I could at least get a sense for how Dragon Age: Inquisition is faring in terms of digital sales on both console and PC, but was told, predictably, that EA doesnt release sales figures.

So apparently, asking for clarification equals the desire to discredit a product... For the record, even if it's 10 million unique users, that's still very impressive.
What are you talking about?
We're just making sure it's accurate, no one here has any beef against Titanfall, and I challenge you to prove that they would have any reason to.
If anything, you come across as a zealous fan defending this game against any "alleged" slight.
I mean...that's not very hard to believe when they've practically given the game away multiple times. I mean, the game has been $5 on both PC and Xbox One many times from what I remember, and they made the season pass free.
You guys should probably learn to read.
And only on one consoleand PC
Goddamn. Great job and they deserve all those sales. Such a great multiplayer blueprint that is just a flaw or two from being a must have title.

I ask again. What are you talking about?
Asking for verification =/= Desiring to discredit a product
...or just 10 million players that have logged on and played at least one match
he's not asking for verification? he's not even asking anything..
