I tried Wii Play in the last few days since there's not much music, but I wasn't able to find it.
Kazumi Totaka didn't actually do the music, but was listed as Sound Advisor

Alas, waiting for ~3-5 mins on each musical section (main menu + records/try again screen per game) didn't yield the 20 notes I was looking for.

Perhaps it's in a silent section (pause on game X for ~3-5mins) or only when you get gold medals for everything... or something.

edit: nevermind, I found it. Nice work Phil! I like how every episode opens up a new mystery at the end LOL. The luigi's mansion version is the most elaborate version of the song I've heard .

P.S. If you slow down the music for the title screen of Wii Sports. Sounds kind of like Totaka's song? Maybe I'm stretching that a bit too far, but its similar.
