Anyway I forgot to comment on last episode when Sam actually remembers out of nowhere that his girlfriend pregnant with his child was abducted LOL
He didn't even reference it for the first two episodes and then the writers remembered about it, what a fucking mess.

Sam has commented on his girlfriend and baby every episode this season. They've been his main driving force for the past 4 episodes.

Anyone have a gif of the video store keys being thrown at Pam? I Lol'd hard at that scene.

Talking of Hep V vamps though, I don't like how weakened Eric was yet the other Hep V vamps who were all clearly further along in the illness seemed like some big threat.
Bill and Pam should have been able to go in and clean them all up without a problem, Violet as well considering shes over 1000 years old

I was under the impression that the Hep-V vamps were different from regular vamps infected with hep-v. Like, these ones were somehow resistant to the virus (which normally makes vamps really weak like Nora and Eric) and became stronger as a result.

Good call - making her a 'good guy' would validate Jason's decision to spare her last season, and give the story some tension with Pam/Eric wanting to kill her despite the fact that she's the key to a cure.

Would also explain why the tru blood company is after her, if not to kill her.

Violet is a little over 800 years old. To this point, Eric is the oldest vampire in the show. Regardless, Violet should have been able to kill the infected Vamps with little effort.

It was worse. It was categorically worse. It had no redeeming moments, at least theres been a few scenes of this season of True Blood that I have enjoyed so far. With Dexter that was zero. Zilch. Nada.

Agreed. Dexter was a whole other level of awful. I'm at least having a decent time watching True Blood. There were a lot of episodes of season 8 Dexter where I kept looking at the clock, shocked that so little time had passed. The rest of the time I just sat there completely baffled that the writing team actually thought those were good ideas. I'm still amazed by how terrible that finale was.

Season 4 is pretty okay, season 5 is the definite low point of the series, season 6 is the best since 3 (though that isn't saying much).

Man I have to say this show is better than I thought watching it back to back... I've been watching every ep between the new episodes... You can tell the first 5 season done by the shows creator Alan Bell was better.. also the writers for season 7 are sooo bad.

Also I wonder if Stephan Moyer is going to act in movies after this.. he is a fucking great actor.. I love his enunciation, just a damn fine actor,I've only seen in True Blood. Also La La is just a motherfuckin BOSS <3..
Watching this on HBOGO so I can skip all the stories that are just a waste of screen time has really made it waaay better...
