They confirmed that Watch Dogs 2 will be there. The other known games are:

Eagle Flight (VR)
For Honor (XB1, PS4 and PC)
Ghost Recon Wildlands (XB1, PS4 and PC)
South Park: The Fractured But Whole (XB1, PS4 and PC)

They will probably reveal a new IP during their conference.

I'd be happy with a Blacklist 2 as well, but I want a pure reboot back to the complete stealth of the original Splinter Cell.
