New update is online. Only noticeable difference so far is the menu lag is gone.

Haven't tested input lag and such.

Really the menu lag is gone? wow they must have really been short on time if they were able to fix it in a few days and still released the game like that or did capcom help this time?

Seriously, Capcom can go fuck themselves with Street fighter V. I cancelled my preorder because of the mess usf4 is.

Capcom is the one responsible for this shit. They should check the quality of the ports, no one else.

I will wait and get the ultra super version of sf5 maybe used. Lost one customer capcom. Your fucking name is on this.
And many others will only see the name Capcom, not ocean whatever or Sony.

Well at least the character select screen isn't complete trash anymore. About to test Claw.

Edit: Still lag, though I'm not sure how it compares to before. I haven't played it in a while.

No idea but online seems ok too , getting green bar connections. It never showed up before , only blinking bars.

I have no way to test input lag since this is my ps4 at work and it's connected to a TV -.-

Game feel way more smooth/fluid compared to before the patch and to the PS3 version or maybe i'm still asleep,i'll wait for some impressions.

Lol, that's fine. Then, when Capcom releases a trailer of Alex power bombing Karin through a ramen truck, that's one less person I'll have to share hype with.

The patch is out:

• Reduced Interface lag within menus
• Addressed disappearing projectiles
• Fix Decapre's teleport animation
• Fixed missing SFX for Red Focus Attack
• Fix Rolento audio glitch during victory screen
• Fixed Akuma's stomp SFX not playing
• Addressed bottom portion of the ON/OFF text being cutoff under the graphics setting in the Options menu
• Removed extra character that was sometimes displayed in the Leaderboards at the end of a player's name even if they have not set it to be there
• Fixed issue when seeking an arcade match-up with LAN cabled disconnected, and then starting up training results in a message ID being displayed
• Addressed online IDs not appearing correctly
• Addresses issue when changing the HP bar's HUD position in Options, the Online ID HUD positions does not move with it, and is displayed at the default position
• Anisotropic Filtering (AF) changes to decrease blur
• Fixed appearance of white box after backing out of a command list menu
• Addressed Fight Request in Arcade Mode (Arcade | Arcade)

OK quick impressions, just played two games so far.

Menus are fixed, no longer laggy, matchmaking issues are better. You connect very quickly to opponents via battle request, seems there was a limiter before in ranked. Matches online feel much better, but I need to play more, need to play some green bars. Only played a yellow (3bars) and brown (2 bars) so far.

AF is fixed, looks like 8-16x AF, but I'll have to check it again, only played one match in training stage.

Played a bit more, thought there was AA, there's still no AA, AF looks like 8x.
