Verizon just flipped the switch on their new LTE Advance Network

Is this the first carrier in the US to get LTE-A, or just Verizon? We've had this here in Canada for I think almost a year now. Seems odd there's a thread for something like this.
Sprint had started rollout in 2013, but I don't believe it's as large as Verizon's LTE-A announcement or not technically LTE-A although triband is the the magic part for internet speeds
 
I'm on t mobile and I generally pull between 30Mbps and 100Mbps. I have unlimited data. If I didn't, I don't think I'd care about getting speeds over 20Mbps.

They're calling carrier aggregation LTE-A. All the carriers have been doing it for awhile now.
