I think she really wants to find a new place in politics, but she hasnt being able to figure it out exactly where or how. There is 0 appetite for her to run again and she / DNC knows this.

I agree dnc knows but not all of it. She will get destroyed in the primaries but it'll be terrible optics if she runs regardless because there will still be powerful supporters and a reminder that the dnc establishment is alive and well.

Or maybe she can be a jibber and be like John cena putting over an aj styles and it goes over well.

Saw a lot of this verrit shit lately and my first thought was that it sounds like an Alt-rIght website, like some play on Veritas, which I just assumed if anybody's taken Latin names for things they're some pseudo-intellectual "Secret" society trying to preserve white culture or something.
 
If anyone needs to take a page from Al Gore it's Hillary.

Pick an issue and focus on it. Stay away from politics.

Hillary won't be able to immediately control every major Democratic donor and prevent all competition like she did in 2016. As much as I like her policies, even her unpopular foreign policy, I hope she'll lose. But she's going to run.

i want to think there aren’t enough rubes in america who will believe that all hillary needs is another shot without that dastardly saboteur bernie sanders and those evil ruskie twitter bots, but there probably are if GAF has posters that earnestly like her foreign policy

They could pull it off, You already know how they'll sell it: she was robbed by Russia/Comey, Bernie spoiled it, she won the Popular Vote, #ShePersisted etc etc.

It's enough to at least get her on the primary debate stage. In the meantime she'll keep doing things like this, writing the occasional poignant article etc. Basically, acting like a President in Waiting.

This isn't any candidate, this is Hillary Clinton, the person who managed to crowd out every potential challenger against her in the 2016 primary before it even begun. How often has that happened in US politics history?

The Clintons retain a lot of allies in the DNC and congrsssional leadership, and donors. These are very old and very loyal friends, and Loyalty is the number 1 thing Hillary Clinton cares about.

How many serious criticisms have we heard towards Hillary and those allies from the Democratic party after Trump won? They couldn't even replace Pelosi.

I can't imagine Clinton 2020 will have the same dominating position over the party as she had in 2016 and is outlined in 'Shattered'. But those friends aren't going away, and there's an argument that she can make.
