Quick resume isn't really that cool tbh. I say this as an Xbox fan.

1) I've had an SSD in my PC for years now
2) How many damn games am I expected to be switching in and out of in a single play session? Like, this has never been an issue for me

I think people don't even really think about it in practice, if I have five (5) games suspended and don't go back to one of two of them for a few weeks/months then I'm unlikely to want to just jump into the middle of the action not knowing what the fuck I'm doing, or if its a racing game or something else where split decisions must be made its not a great idea. At that point I'd just restart the game or at least quit out to the main menu.

Another thing people forget and is demonstrated here is that for all your HW to turn on and grab the signal can take 20 seconds depending on what you have, so it being under that time is kinda pointless right now.

If a shirtless brodude with highlights in his hair and tribal tattoos who claimed to be "totally a geek you guys" and published glamour shots of himself looking "totes casual" as he showed off the good side of his face was identified by gaming companies as an influencer and given previews, I'd make the same kinds of comments.

I also can't stand those unconvincing bugmen like Casey Neistat or whatever.

People are very good at detecting insincerity, ulterior motives, and attention whoring. Even kids can immediately pick up on it.

This Pearce character strikes me as one of those lifestyle model types first and foremost so I will evaluate her accordingly. I also think a lot of those weird "lifestyle" people who hang out around all white furniture and play Nintendo stuff are equally unconvincing, including the males, in exactly the same way this person is.

If Geoff Keighley were about instagram poses and photos of foot tattoos he'd be taken even less seriously than he is now.

It’s not just a single play session. You can play Forza and pause it mid race, turn the console off for a week, then play Fortnite for 2 weeks, then come back to Forza and it’s in the exact same spot you left it.

...and when you go back to Forza after two weeks you have no idea what you were doing and immediately crash off the track.

1) Posing for a photo in the perfect light.
2) Taking 8 million photos to get the perfect one.
3) Putting on enough makeup to use up the entire worlds supply of talc and iron oxide.
